The Bay Area Culinary Historians (BACH) is a group for culinary historians, "foodies", general historians, and those who are simply curious about the history of cuisine, to gather, discuss topics related to culinary history, socialize, learn, and just have fun. No credentials required. Come one, come all!

The group is centered around the culinary history of California's greater San Francisco Bay Area, but we welcome contributions from around the world.
